The Practice

Paul Butler Associates (PBA) is an independent chartered town planning and development consultancy that provides specialist planning advice for public and private sector clients.

The Practice is based in a listed building (a converted swimming baths) in the historic core of Salford, but only a few minutes' walk from Manchester Cathedral and the centre of Manchester. Although specialising in projects in northwest England, we undertake work across the country.
