David Tye, Director
BSc MTPI MRTPI
Before joining Paul Butler Associates in 1993, David worked for Manchester University and as a surveyor with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (now Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs).
He has extensive public and private sector experience and has been involved
in numerous planning, development, regeneration, masterplanning and heritage
projects throughout the UK.
