Tom joined Paul Butler Associates in 2001 after graduating from Manchester University. Since then he has had key roles in numerous public and private sector projects and has developed considerable planning, development, regeneration, masterplanning and heritage expertise.
Tom is an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation
(IHBC).
