Paul Butler Associates secured planning permission and listed building consent for alterations to a vacant grade II listed Georgian townhouse in Liverpool allowing the building to be converted into a dental surgery.
We prepared a planning and heritage statement (including a Design and Access Statement) which appraised the proposed works and demonstrated that the alterations will comply with Liverpool City Council’s planning and heritage policies and Planning Policy Statement 5 as well as having minimal impact on the building’s significance.
The approved scheme will help to secure the building’s long-term future whilst also providing a much needed facility for local people.
