Fleetwood Town Centre Masterplan

Paul Butler Associates prepared the heritage and conservation part of the Fleetwood Town Centre Masterplan.
We produced an archaeological assessment using the Institute of Field Archaeologists (IFA) guidelines, prepared a townscape characterisation assessment using English Heritage's guidance and produced a character appraisal for the town centre's conservation area.
The local community were involved throughout the masterplan's preparation and we attended a series of public consultation events and organised a discussion workshop with the town's civic society.
