Paul Butler Associates gained planning permission for a new house near Stoneclough in Bolton’s Green Belt.
The approved scheme involves the conversion and extension of a former workshop and carport and the demolition of a vacant stable block. The new single-storey dwelling will accommodate an entrance hall, a living room, a kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom) and a separate bathroom and will be set within its own landscaped grounds.
In determining the planning application, Bolton Council agreed that the new house will protect and enhance the openness and visual amenity of the Green Belt.
