Paul Butler Associates secured planning permission for four detached homes in the extensive grounds of a large nineteenth century house on Palatine Road, Didsbury, South Manchester.
Set within its own private garden, each new home will include four or five bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, two living rooms, a double garage and front and rear gardens. The proposals also include solar photovoltaic (PV) roof panels and rainwater harvesting.
