Sandiway Lodge Extra Care Facility

Paul Butler Associates secured planning permission for an extra care assisted living scheme at the edge of the rural village of Sandiway, near Northwich, Cheshire.
The scheme, which is in the grounds of Sandiway Lodge nursing and residential care home, will provide 13 extra care units for people over 65. Each unit will be self-contained, but residents will share access to communal areas and be assisted by a team of specialist staff who will provide 24-hour nursing and residential care.
