Paul Butler Associates gained planning permission for a landmark mixed-use scheme on a brownfield site in the historic Greengate area of Salford.
Commended by the Manchester Society of Architects for its design, the scheme features two towers which reach 47 and 31 storeys and includes a 230-bedroom hotel and spa, 403 apartments, 8,000 sqm of retail, office and restaurant space and a public observation deck.
