Paul Butler Associates secured planning permission for the redevelopment of a brownfield site in Pendleton, Salford.
The approved scheme includes 119 apartments and was developed following discussions with Salford City Council, Urban Vision, Central Salford Urban Regeneration Company and Charlestown and Lower Kersal New Deal for Communities.
