Paul Butler Associates gained planning permission for the change of use of grade II listed Millbrook House in Tintwistle, Derbyshire to provide assisted living accommodation for elderly people and people with learning disabilities (C3 to C2).
In determining the application, the local planning authority agreed that the scheme will create a close-knit rural care community.
