Paul Butler Associates secured planning permission for the expansion of Manchester United's stadium after overcoming a series of complex planning issues.
The expansion extended Old Trafford's north-west and north-east quadrants and increased the stadium's capacity to 76,212.
The scheme was complemented by a series of improvement works along United Road and Sir Matt Busby Way.
