Paul Butler Associates secured planning permission for a television, film and arts themed bar and restaurant in Manchester's historic Northern Quarter after overcoming a series of planning and conservation issues.
The scheme involved the conversion of a grade II listed nineteenth century warehouse and included the sensitive repair and restoration of historical and architectural features.
