Paul Butler Associates secured planning permission for the redevelopment of a vacant newspaper publishing house in Manchester's city centre into Europe's first mixed-use urban leisure and entertainment complex.
The building had been badly damaged during the IRA bomb blast in 1996, but now accommodates restaurants, shops, nightclubs, a multi-screen cinema and a health and fitness club.
