Paul Butler Associates gained outline planning permission for a 111-bed hotel on Stockport Road in Ardwick, Manchester after overcoming a series of planning issues.
The approved scheme, which is located opposite Manchester's grade II listed Apollo Theatre, involves the sustainable redevelopment of a brownfield site.
