Paul Butler Associates secured planning permission for the conversion of the basement of a former textile warehouse in Stevenson Square Conservation Area in Manchester’s historic Northern Quarter into a bar.
Now occupied by a Californian ‘Tiki’ beach-inspired venue with a capacity for 200 people, the approved scheme provides a viable new use for a previously vacant unit and helps to contribute to the vibrancy of this part of the city’s Northern Quarter.
