Peel Fold Mill SPD

Paul Butler Associates led the production of a supplementary planning document (SPD) to guide the future redevelopment of the former Peel Fold Mill in Stanhill, Oswaldtwistle.
The supplementary planning document set out a series of design and sustainable development principles and now forms part of Hyndburn Borough Council's Local Development Framework
The local community were involved throughout the project and we organised a series of consultation events including two public exhibitions and a design workshop.
