Eccles Masterplan
Salford City Council
Paul Butler Associates led the production of a masterplan to guide the future redevelopment of Eccles town centre.
The masterplan formulated an area-wide development framework and provided detailed design guidance for a series of regeneration projects.
The local community were involved throughout the project and we organised
a series of consultation events including open days, presentations and design
workshops.
