Baguley Hall Development Brief

Paul Butler Associates prepared a development brief to guide the future redevelopment of the vacant grade I listed medieval Baguley Hall in Wythenshawe, Manchester.
The development brief set out a series of conservation, design and development options which were formulated to ensure the sustainable and heritage-led reuse of the building.
