Paul Butler Associates secured planning permission, Listed Building Consent and Conservation Area Consent for the mixed-use conversion of the Howard Town Mill complex in Howard Town Conservation Area, Glossop after overcoming a series of planning and conservation issues.
The approved scheme features bars, restaurants, retail units, offices and 65 apartments and was realised following the sensitive repair and restoration of the complex's historical and architectural features.
