Working closely with Manchester City Council’s planning and conservation officers, Paul Butler Associates gained planning permission for a licensed tea room and chocolate shop at 47 King Street West in the heart of the city centre. Permission was also secured for a new shopfront and signage.
Operated on behalf of Leckenby’s, a Bury-based multi-award winning family-owned business, the new Art Deco-influenced premises has transformed a long-term vacant unit as well as creating more than 30 new jobs.
